We are requesting to be reimbursed in full for our lost shipment or for our lost shipment to be located. We will be sending this check back to them immediately. We hope that this is not their way of having our claim looked into. We have repeatedly advised them that we do not accept this offer. Today we received a check for $35 from AAA Cooper after they responded back saying they will have their Claims Director look into our claim. We look forward to hearing back from you with a resolution to reimburse us in full or find our lost shipment. (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We are sorry for the inconvenience this error has caused your company. We will make sure that the claim is reviewed by the Director of Claims and responded to accordingly. I do see where we are in receipt of your Cargo Claim for lost freight. We do our best to prevent damaged or lost freight. We would like to apologize for this unfortunate accident. Our company will never use AAA Cooper Transportation again. stating that for any lost shipments we will only reimburse $.10 a pound. We were "Never" provided with any documentation/contracts etc. We want our shipment located or would like to be reimbursed the total amount of the purchase cost. The company we purchased the equipment from has been pursuing us for payment. We advised them that we are not accepting their offer and that they are responsible for losing the shipment and should reimburse us. They are offering $.10 a pound for the equipment totaling $35. AAA Cooper asked us to file a claim in which we did. This was for an order that totaled $8,295. We were advised by AAA Cooper Transpiration that they "lost" our shipment. AAA Cooper picked up the shipment on 8/12/20 from a Vendor that we bought the equipment from. We used AAA Cooper Transportation to pickup a shipment for a customer order that was to be delivered to our warehouse. AAA Cooper lost our shipment of equipment for a customer order and cost us to lose thousands of dollars.
